Lifetime Warranty for Residential Spaces: 

The Product installed in residential spaces is covered under a lifetime Warranty, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship under standard use and conditions.

Two-Year Warranty for Commercial Spaces:

The Product installed in commercial spaces is covered under a Two-Year Warranty, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship under standard use and conditions.

Non-Transferable:

This warranty is strictly non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the Product. The warranty benefits cannot be passed on to subsequent owners or purchasers of the property.

What is Covered:

• Peeling of the Product from the concrete surface.
• Significant color fading under normal use and exposure conditions.
• Blistering and bubbling of the coating surface under normal environmental conditions.
• Yellowing under normal use and exposure conditions.

What is Not Covered:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, impact, or scratching.
• Damage from chemical spills not consistent with normal residential use.
• Damage caused by mechanical wear and tear or use of heavy machinery.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Any modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Company authorized personnel.
• Damage due to natural disasters, including but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes.

Warranty Service

Upon validation of a warranty claim, the Company at its sole discretion will:

• Repair the defective area of the Product at no charge to the Customer.
• Replace the defective Product or part thereof.
• Offer a refund or credit towards future services, equivalent to the original purchase price of the defective area of the Product.

The Company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy. Any repairs or replacements will be made with materials of similar quality and color, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

The remedies described above are the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Product or arising from any breach of this warranty.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Product was installed, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
