Step by step
This is the whole buying path, start to finish. There is no stage we have left out of it and no appointment hiding in the middle of it.
Put in your garage size, pick a flake color and the form gives you the price. It is a real quote for your floor, not a starting-from figure that moves once somebody has seen it. No in-home visit is required, because the number does not depend on one.
Pick the install day you want in the same form, from the days our crews actually have open in your city. If something changes afterwards you can move it. More than 72 hours out you move it yourself in the portal; inside 72 hours you call us and we move it for you.
A $99 deposit confirms the booking and holds that date. It is the only thing you pay up front. The remaining balance is due when the job is finished, not before, and not on the morning the crew arrives.
Our production manager rings you before install day to go over the order, the color, the area being coated and anything about your slab we should know. That call is a real person reading your actual job, which is the point in the process where mistakes get caught.
Our own in-house technicians arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. They grind the slab, repair it, lay the base coat, broadcast the flake and seal it with a clear top coat. You walk on it the next morning and the cars go back after 48 hours.
What is not in the price
A coating quote is not all floor. A good part of it is the cost of selling you the floor. We built the company without those parts, so they are not in your number. The industry charges $6 to $8 a square foot. This is most of the difference.
Most coating companies pay a salesperson a cut of whatever you sign. That is real money and it is sitting in the quote, which is also why the number can move when you push back. Nobody here earns a commission on your floor, so there is nothing to move.
Somebody drives out, measures a rectangle, drives back, then prices it in front of you. The hour, the truck and the fuel are carried by every job that company sells. Our form measures the same rectangle for nothing, whenever it suits you.
A building with a lease, a display floor and the staff to sit in it, paid for by every customer, including the ones who never walk in. We do not have one. What we have instead is a price match guarantee, so you can check.

Questions
Yes. It is the price we install for, and it does not move after somebody has stood in your garage. The form asks about an existing coating and prices the removal, so that is already in your number. The only thing that changes it afterwards is something the form was told wrong. And if the slab is pushing moisture we will not coat over it at all: that means extra prep or a new date, and either way we tell you before we start, not halfway through.

It holds your install date and it is the only thing you pay before the work is done. Cancel 72 or more hours before install day and it is refunded in full. Inside 72 hours it is forfeited, because the crew is scheduled and the materials are pulled by then. If we move your date for weather or anything on our side, it carries over. Yes, the floor needs to be clear so we can grind it. Cars, shelving, anything sitting on the slab. If something is too heavy for you to shift, say so on the confirmation call and the crew will work it out with you rather than turn up and find it.
You can walk on it the next morning. Keep the cars off for 48 hours from the time the top coat goes down, and give it the same 48 hours before anything heavy goes back on it. There is more detail on when you can use your garage after coating.
Every crew is our own employees. They are trained in-house on both the installation and on how to behave in somebody’s home. Nobody is subcontracted, which is the main reason the quality is the same in Houston as it is in Dallas.
