Snowfall
I want dust, leaves and tire scuff to disappear into the floor.
Domino
I want something warm that sits with the brick and the house.
Creekbed
I want actual color, not another grey floor.

I want it deep and clean, like a showroom bay.
Carbon
Light to dark, top to bottom. Drag any photo to pull the bare slab back across it.
White and soft grey flake with just enough charcoal scattered through it to keep the floor from reading flat. This is the brightest finish we install.
Best if your garage has one light fixture and you want it to stop feeling like a cave.
Cream and off-white carrying flecks of warm peach and soft grey. Light like Snowfall, but the undertone is warm rather than cool.
Best if the rest of the house runs warm and a cool grey floor would fight it.
White and light grey with slate blue worked through it. Still a light floor, but the blue gives it a direction that a plain grey does not have.
Best if you want light and cool without landing on another builder-grey floor.
Tan, cream, olive and soft grey with rust and brown coming through. The most natural-looking blend we install, closer to river stone than to a painted floor.
Best next to brick, stone or anything with a warm exterior. Only Domino hides dirt better.
Black, white and grey at full contrast. The busiest blend on this page, and that is the entire point of it.
Best at hiding a working garage. A leaf, a dropped washer or a bit of tire scuff reads as part of the pattern instead of as a mark on the floor.
Cobalt blue carried on black, white and grey. The only finish here with a true color in it rather than a tint.
Best if you want the garage to have an actual color in it and every other option has felt like a shade of concrete.
Charcoal and slate greys blended tonally, with no white in it at all. Dark, but it still reads as a pattern rather than as one solid slab.
Best if you want Carbon's depth without going all the way to black.
Solid black flake, edge to edge, with no second color breaking it up. The deepest and most uniform floor on this page.
Best for the showroom look. Worth knowing: a floor this dark and this even will show dust and lint sooner than any other finish here.
How the color is made
This is why the finish does not scuff off, fade into a different shade in a sunny bay, or peel at the door line the way a painted floor does.
Diamond grinders open the slab so the coating bonds into it rather than sitting on top.
The layer actually bonded to your concrete. Not epoxy, and not just the top coat.
The blend you picked is thrown into the wet base until the floor will not take another flake. That is why the color runs edge to edge with no thin patches.
Seals your color under a UV-stable wear layer. What you walk on is the clear, not the color, which is why it cannot scuff off.

Questions about color
Domino, then Creekbed and Orbit. The more contrast a blend carries, the more the eye reads a speck of dust or a leaf as part of the pattern. The floors that show the most are the dark, even ones, Carbon first and Nightfall second.
Snowfall, then Sandstone and Tidal Wave. A light floor bounces whatever light you have back up into the room, which matters most in a garage running one fixture and no window.
No. The color sits under a UV-stable clear polyaspartic top coat, so the flake never takes direct sun. This is the specific failure epoxy is known for in a bay with an open door, and it is the reason we do not install it.
Yes. Your installer carries sample boards in the truck, so you can hold the blend against your own slab, in your own light, before any grinding starts.
If you are torn between two colors, tell us before install day. A message from your portal, a text, or an email all work. A sample board is a chip. Coating the whole floor in that color means the actual flake and pigment have to be on the truck that morning, so give us the heads up and we will load both.

Yes, and it has to be planned before install day. Once the crew arrives the base coat goes down in one pass, so a split floor has to be laid out in advance. Tell us when you book and we will work it out with you then.
Snowfall, by a wide margin. It suits the most garages, because most garages are under-lit and a light floor gives the light back. Domino is second, and it is usually picked for the opposite reason: a garage that gets worked in and needs to not show it.
Tell us before install day and we will change it. Once the flake is broadcast into the wet base coat, the color is in the floor.
Less than bare sealed concrete, and the color you pick makes no difference to it. The flake itself gives the surface texture, so all eight finishes grip the same. Wet is still wet, though. If the garage takes rain through an open door, or you want extra grip around a step, ask for added texture in the top coat before install day.
