Here is the difference. Ours is polyaspartic too, not an epoxy or polyurea primer. It stays flexible, so it moves with a Texas slab instead of cracking underneath the top coat.

What is the best garage floor coating?
For a garage in Texas or Oklahoma, a full polyaspartic system over diamond ground concrete. It will not yellow in sunlight, it resists hot tire pickup, it flexes with a slab that moves in the heat, and it is ready to park on the next day. Epoxy is cheaper to install and fails on every one of those points, which is why we have never offered it.
How much does garage floor coating cost?

Is polyaspartic better than epoxy?
Yes, on every property that matters for a garage. Polyaspartic is UV stable so it will not amber near the door, it bonds into ground concrete instead of sitting on top, it stays flexible instead of going brittle, and it returns to service in a day rather than several. Epoxy wins only on material cost.
What is the difference between a polyaspartic top coat and a full polyaspartic system?
Many companies install an epoxy or polyurea base coat and only make the top coat polyaspartic, then market the floor as polyaspartic. The base is the layer bonded to your concrete, so a rigid base can still crack underneath a perfectly good top coat. We install polyaspartic for both layers. If you are comparing quotes, ask whether the base coat is polyaspartic too.
How long does a garage floor coating last?
Our system carries a lifetime warranty for as long as you live in the home. If the coating peels or delaminates we come back and fix it at no cost.
Can you coat over an existing epoxy floor?
Not over the top of it. Old coatings have to be mechanically removed first so the new system bonds to concrete rather than to a failing layer. Removal is priced into your quote when you tell the calculator there is an existing coating.
Do I need to be home for the install?
You need the garage empty and accessible. Most customers go about their day. Our production manager calls before install day to confirm the details.
Do you use subcontractors?
