Step 1

Concrete Assessment

Step 2

Diamond Grinding

Using diamond grinding tools, we remove any old coatings, stains, or uneven textures. This step ensures the floor is smooth and ready to bond with the polyaspartic coating.

Step 3

Fix Cracks and Holes

We fill and repair any cracks, chips, or damage in the concrete. This ensures a flawless surface for the polyaspartic layers.

Step 4

Smooth Repairs with Extra Grinding

After repairs are done, we grind those areas again to make the surface perfectly even. This step creates a seamless foundation for the polyaspartic application.

Step 5

Apply the Polyaspartic Base Coat

We broadcast decorative flakes at 100% coverage, using 10 times more flakes than necessary to ensure every inch of the surface is completely and evenly coated. This process creates a seamless, textured, and slip-resistant finish.

Add Decorative Flakes

Scrape and Clean the Surface

Once the flakes have set, we scrape the floor to remove any loose or excess flakes, ensuring a smooth and even surface. The area is then thoroughly cleaned to prepare for the final topcoat application.

Step 8

Seal with a Clear Polyaspartic Topcoat

We apply a clear polyaspartic topcoat that locks in the flakes and adds extra protection. This layer makes your floor resistant to stains, UV rays, chemicals, and scratches.

Step 9

Clean Up and Final Tips

Once the polyaspartic coating cures, we clean the area and make sure everything is perfect. We’ll also give you instructions on when you can start using your new floor—light use in a few hours, and full use within 24 hours.
