Leander is where a lot of our Austin-area work happens. We coat garages in Travisso and Crystal Falls, in Bryson, Palmera Ridge and Deerbrooke, in Larkspur and Summerlyn, and on the older streets off Crystal Falls Parkway and US 183. Nearly all of it is 78641, and nearly all of it is concrete poured in the last ten years.
A new slab is not an easy slab. Builders leave a curing compound on the concrete, and a coating laid straight over it has nothing to grip. Our crews diamond-grind every Leander garage down to clean, open concrete first - no acid etching, and no coating over a sealed surface. Concrete also needs about 28 days before it will hold a coating at all, so if your house is new enough that the slab is still green, we will say so and book you for after it cures rather than coat it early.
Then the sun. A west-facing garage door on a Leander cul-de-sac puts afternoon light straight onto the slab, and epoxy ambers under it. We install one thing instead: a complete polyaspartic system, base coat through clear topcoat. It is UV stable, it stays the color you picked, and it resists the hot-tire pickup that lifts thin coatings off a Texas garage floor in August.
The installers who pull into your driveway are ours - hired, trained in our own system, on our payroll, never subcontracted. That is what decides how a Leander garage floor looks in year ten. Every interior floor is backed for life, at the lowest price in Greater Austin, and most installs start within days of booking. If you are behind the gate at the Fairways at Crystal Falls, there is a gate-code field when you book, so the crew is not sitting at the callbox.
