Winter Springs has had three names. Settlers called the area Tuskawilla around 1865. It incorporated in 1959 as the City of North Orlando, then became Winter Springs in 1972, since it did not actually border Orlando. The city grew from 33,282 residents in 2010 to 38,342 in 2020. It sits in Seminole County, northeast of Orlando. MyGarageFloors offers one floor here, a full polyaspartic flake system.
Tuscawilla is a planned unit development made up of more than 28 subdivisions, and each one has its own homeowners association. Newer townhomes and houses keep going up around the Winter Springs Town Center at SR 434 and Tuscawilla Road. So homes from across the city's six decades sit near brand new construction. The older slabs tend to show oil spots, cracks and worn paint. The newer ones are bare and already picking up tire marks. Old or new, those garages need the same full prep.
First, the slab gets diamond ground. That clears off stains, sealers and old paint and opens the concrete so the system can bond. Standard crack repair is part of the deal on every Winter Springs floor. The grind also removes the smooth, weak top layer on newer Town Center slabs. Then the full polyaspartic system goes down, beginning with the base coat and finishing with a clear topcoat that will not turn yellow in the sun.
The people in your garage are our own trained employees. We do not bring in subcontractors, and no franchise sits behind the name. Your interior floor gets a lifetime warranty, so a peel, a chip or a delaminated patch is ours to fix. It costs the lowest price in Greater Orlando, too.
