Odessa got its name in the 1880s from Peter Demens, a Russian immigrant. He was the same railroad man who founded St. Petersburg, and he named both towns after places he knew back home. The rail line ran beside what is now State Road 54. Today Odessa is a small census place in southern Pasco County. The 2020 census counted 8,080 residents. MyGarageFloors.com offers one floor for its garages: a full polyaspartic flake system.
For most of its history, Odessa was open land. Ranching and horse properties filled the map before suburban streets arrived. Much of that feel remains. Many homes sit on larger lots, and the garage is often a working space. It may hold a full size truck, a horse trailer, a tractor or a shop bench. That kind of use is hard on bare concrete. It is also why the floor deserves real prep.
Real prep means diamond grinding. Our grinder cuts the slab back to sound, open concrete and takes off old sealers, paint and grime. That gives the coating clean concrete to grab. The process uses no acid. Standard crack repair is built into the online price. Then the full polyaspartic system goes down, from the base coat up through the flake and a clear topcoat. Even with the big door open all day, it will not yellow.
Everyone on the install crew is on the MyGarageFloors.com payroll. We do the hiring, and we train each person in our system. You will not meet a subcontractor on your job, and this is not a franchise. No one comes out to sell you anything. Interior floors are backed for life, at the lowest price you will find in Greater Tampa Bay.
