Parrish is an unincorporated community in northwestern Manatee County, near where US 301 meets SR 62. Its name traces to Crawford Parrish, a Georgia rancher and orange grower who bought the land in 1868. For most of the next century it shipped citrus and vegetables. That changed in the late 2000s, when farm fields started becoming subdivisions. Each new house came with a garage, and most of those slabs are still bare.
Most Parrish garages are brand new. North River Ranch, west of US 301 off Moccasin Wallow Road, is one of the master planned communities that has grown fast here. A new build hands you a plain gray slab that has never seen a car. It looks clean for a month. Then come the oil spots, the tire marks and the sand and grit from lots still under construction down the road.
Every Parrish floor starts the same way, new slab or not. A diamond grinder takes the smooth top off the concrete and leaves it open and clean, ready to bond. There is no acid wash. Standard crack repair is already in the price. The full polyaspartic system goes down next: base coat, color flake, then a clear topcoat to seal it. Sun through the garage door will not yellow it.
A Parrish floor is never farmed out to a subcontractor, and MyGarageFloors.com is not a franchise brand. The crew in your garage works for us, and we trained every one of them in our own system. Each interior floor is backed for life. Should it ever peel, chip or delaminate, we make it right. You also get the lowest price in Greater Tampa Bay, with a price match on any written quote for the same complete polyaspartic floor.
